Talk Therapy

Online or In-person. Designated for individuals to process & explore their thoughts, feelings, & behavior patterns. Weekly sessions are highly recommended for best results.

Non-Talk Therapy

Online or In-person. Time will be spent on EMDR, Sandtray or Sandplay treatment. Can be used alone or in conjunction with talk therapy depending on the treatment needs.

Through images, symbols, memories, & senses, non-talk therapy taps into hidden healing potential & creativity of your right brain and brings unmatched gains to your self-exploration journey.

Coaching

Online or In-person. It is meant to help you with what you care most about & develop a step-by-step actionable plan to achieve personal and professional goals.

You have a vision, sometimes even a vague idea about whom you want to become or where you want to be. What is standing between dream and reality can be unhelpful blocking beliefs, ineffective time management, under-developed executive functioning skills, lack of doable plans, etc.. Whatever it is, seeking clarity and dealing with setbacks that may arise can make all the differences.
